What does Dash Dispatchers do?
We provide freight dispatch support including load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation, booking, tracking and applicable accessorial support.
Who decides whether a load is accepted?
The carrier retains the final decision over whether to accept a load.
What is the dispatch fee?
Our current dispatch service fee is 8%, subject to the Dispatch Services Agreement.
Do you guarantee a certain rate or number of loads?
No. Freight availability and rates vary by market, equipment, lane and timing.
